We have won two Salon Awards categories this 2020! Boombae is Salon Awards‘ Best Customer Experience salon and the Best Salon for Hair extensions in the Greater Manchester area. The whole team is over the moon!

Boombae has been open for a year and a half now, and we just managed to win our first two awards! Although this year has been a challenge for everyone, we are delighted with the recognition Salon Awards has granted us. Next step for us is to take 2021 by the horns and continue offering you all the best Hair & Beauty services.

This category was created by putting the focus on the customers. What do they feel whilst being at the salon? Do we go the extra mile to make them feel welcome and comfortable?

At Boombae, we offer free parking, free drinks and mindful reads (no gossip magazines here!). We are pet friendly, which means you are absolutely welcome to bring your puppy along with you on your appointment. Our Good Vibes Salon invites you to come as you are – dress, trackies, swimming costume – it doesn’t matter! When we say everyone’s welcome, we mean it. And even although we shouldn’t need to mention this in nearly 2021, we are completely LGTBIQ+ friendly.

Salon Awards has recognised our customer service by awarding us with the Best Customer Experience in the Greater Manchester Area and we could not be happier! It is such an amazing feeling to know we are on the right track to offer you all the best salon experience we can.
