Q: Do I need to book a consultation? How does this work?

A: Not everyone needs to. It is best to come and see us so we can patch test you to ensure you are not allergic to any chemicals in the colours we use but also to see what truly needs doing to your hair. We need to understand the history, what’s been on your hair in the past to ensure we quote you accurately. We also need to thoroughly understand your hair goals and make a mini plan with you! If you don’t want to come in you can simply still book your appointment, inbox us some hair pics or even just show on the day but be prepared for potential extra costs if extra work needs to be done and you will be asked to sign a waiver if you haven’t had a patch test. If you have never had any colour then we cannot go ahead, you’d need a patch test!

 

Q: Do you do gent’s cuts and how much are they?

A: We have very limited spaces for gents cuts so it’s best to give us a call to check for appointments and they are £50, the same as female full service cut. Our prices are essentially unisex. We are an all-inclusive salon however we are not a barber and don’t specialise in short razer style cuts.

Q: I don’t know what to book in for, what do I choose?

A: If you have been in with us before, you can give us a call, email or text message asking what you usually get and we can let you know or alternatively you can check your last appointment email which should state the services you had. If you’re a new client or just fancy something completely different, book in for a free consultation appointment to have a quick 15 minute chat with our stylists to make a solid plan for your transformation. If you are still struggling, feel free to give us a call and our lovely receptionist can guide you.

 

Q: How can I pay for my deposit/appointment?

A: We accept all major debit & credit cards including American Express in salon and over the phone. We also accept cash and bank transfers, whichever is the most convenient for you!

 

Q: I can’t make it to my appointment, what should I do?

A: We require 72 hours notice (3 full days) to cancel/reschedule so that you don’t lose your deposit. When you book your appointment you receive a confirmation email which contains a link to reschedule your appointment. As long as you are outside the 72 hours this will let you reschedule to any date/time we have available. Please note, this link will ask you to log in, you may need to create an account but once you do you will be able to have full control of your appointments – super handy! If you are really struggling with this link, give us a call and we can help. If you are calling us and can’t get through, please leave a voicemail so we have a record of when you first tried to rearrange.

 

Q: Do you have parking at the salon?

A: Yes! We have free parking to the side and the back of the salon.

 

Q: How much will my appointment cost?

A: When booking online, once you select the correct service, it will show you the total amount. This amount may change if (a) you have booked the wrong service or (b) if we have to use more products/time than expected i.e. your hair is extremely long and thick. If you come for a consultation, we will be able to give you an exact price for your service.

 

Q: I’ve paid a deposit and changed my mind, can I have a refund?

A: Deposits are fully non refundable, however, you can use the deposit towards a wash cut and blow dry, teeth whitening, a facial, laser hair removal or tattoo removal. Just speak to our receptionist to change your appointment. Please note, we still require at least 72 hours notice to avail of this.

 

Q: Do you allow pets into the salon?

A:  OMG YES, we are dog friendly as long as you keep them under control and care for them properly. We just as that they are not let to run about the salon especially as we have a skin/laser clinic within the salon.

 

Q: I wear a headscarf, can you give me a private area with no males around?

A: Unfortunately, not. We have male stylists and welcome males and everyone into our salon. We don’t have a special private area I’m afraid!

 

Q: I’d like to book extensions how should I do this?  

A: Sure, we take a £200 deposit and book your fitting slot. You can either come in for a colour match or consultation by booking here or you can go right ahead and book your full appointment online then send us hair pics. We can often colour match easily, especially if you are a blonde.

 

Q: Do you have wifi on site and an area I can work?

A: YES. all desks come with plugs, USB’s and a little desk for you to sit and work. Do you ‘work from home?’ then, come work in the salon and your boss will never know heehee!

 

Q: Where abouts in Manchester are you?

A: We are literally a 10 minute walk out of the busy city centre. Why bother trying to rush into the busy centre, parking, messing about when you can nip to us with ease. We have our own FREE car park! We are also a 5 min walk from the nearest Trafford car park. We are just down from White City Retail Park.
