We understand that growing your hair as a M2F transgender person is important and it certainly isn’t an overnight success. It can take a good 5-8 years to grow hair to a real feeling of long locks. So what is the solution for our trans clients? Hair extensions!
Transgender hair extensions can come in many forms, just the same as a cist gendered female or male that would like longer flowing or thick hair.
The goal is – longer and thicker hair now rather than waiting 5+ years right?
Many of our transgender clients come to use with thin hair, the hair just isn’t growing thick enough which is an easy fix. The harder transformations for trans clients are to give length to shorter hair.
The main niggle is, you do need hair to be a certain length already to get length. Ideally 4-5 inches. The longer the better, the longer the existing hair then the better the hair extension blend will be.

Before any hair extension appointment we always recommend to book a free consultation so our stylists can see your hair and recommend the best hair extension type for you and your lifestyle and we can make sure we have the colour and type you would like. If not our lead time for new hair is around 2 weeks.
